How do I book a ticket to a DateClub event?

Browse through our complete table of events and click on ‘More info’ to see details about any event which you are interested in. After selecting an event, you will be guided through the payments process.

Can I book by telephone?

Yes. You can call us on 95 127 4278 during office hours. Please note that all telephone bookings will be subject to a 3 Euro surcharge.

Why do I need to book and pay in advance?

This is so we can ensure that enough people attend an event, and that there is an even balance between the different participants attending.

How do I book an additional ticket for a friend?

You cannot book multiple tickets on your own email address. Your friend must have their own email address and register separately.

Is it safe to book online?

Yes. All of our payments are handled by PayPal. PayPal is accepted by thousands of businesses worldwide and is the preferred payment method on eBay.com. Signing up for a free PayPal account is easy, and takes just a few minutes to complete. Once you're done, you can send your payment instantly online using your bank account or credit card.

The payment page of PayPal is a completely encrypted secure server using sophisticated encryption (of the highest level commercially available). When will I be charged?

Your credit card or bank account will be charged at the point when you book a DateClub event.

Can I transfer to a different date?

Yes, provided that you contact us at least 4 working days before the event. Please note that this will incur a 5 Euro administration fee.

I cannot attend an event. Can a friend take my place?

Yes, as long as your friend is the same sex as you. To do this, call us on 95 127 4278 during office hours, so that we can register their details.

Can I change my personal details?

Yes. Make sure that you are logged on to the Members area and click on the ‘My Details’ button. Make the desired changes and click on the ‘submit changes’ button.
