Can I cancel a booking and get a refund?

Yes, as long as you notify us at least 4 working days before the event. To do this, please call us on 95 127 4278 during office hours. Please note that all cancellations will incur a 5 euro administration fee.

DateClub has the right to cancel or change the venue and/or date of any event with 24 hours prior notice. DateClub will only provide a full refund to each participant if the event is cancelled.
